WHAT IS A THRILLER?

A THRILLER is a novel, movie with an exciting plot, typically involving crime or espionage. it uses suspence tension, and excitment as the main factors. It is mainly about the battle of justice and injustice. Also usually after the conclusion of the story there's a price to pay. Each possible protagonist in such a drama can have both major and minor character roles and an opposite e.g. detective (minor - Jack Vincennes, Kevin Spacy's character in L.A. Confidential or major - Sherlock Holmes) and its opposite.
There are different types of thrillers there are, conspiracy thrillers, psychological, spy, horrow and hybrid  thrillers, a typical thriller should include be able 'thrill' people in any kind of way, which can be action, horrow etc. it should have suspence elements and it should be able to keep the audience guessing, the audience shouldnt be able to know exactly whats happening.
